· Successfully set up the training function from scratch to conduct both internal and external client training.
· Effectively developed and facilitated numerous small business training courses, aimed at addressing and improving marketing, costing and other business management issues.

PFV (Price Forbes) – now Alexander Forbes
· Developed and implemented the corporate HR and training strategies.
· Implemented outcomes based insurance technical, financial and administrative system learning programmes in the early eighties.
· Initiated and implemented a new system of ascertaining training needs, resulting in improved management buy-in of change and enhanced benchmarking.
